Nothing is nearby the place except 7 eleven... for food you have to go arnd 1.3 km... i ordered food from grab and was not having change and when asked the reception they were quite rude... rest stay was good...

The shower curtain was short. Water falls to the area outside the shower area. Location, though not far (LESS THAN 1KM) from BTS Station and LOTUS, walking on narrow pavement with heavy lorries and traffic flow is dangerous. Getting a public metered taxi can take up to 30 to 45 minutes

1 far away from main road. It might be difficult to go back late at night if there is no motorcycle drivers at night. 2 few menus for breakfast buffet line.

The room was comfortable...The breakfast was below average. Since they were providing with coffee creamer in the room, I asked for it in the restaurant when having breakfast. The staff said they didn't have coffee creamer. The breakfast was repeated the three days I was there. Staff can always make it better by smiling and being courteous even if language is a barrier but that didn't happen either. Cathy, the room cleaning girl, was the friendliest and sweetest at Ibis Styles.

I had already requested for an early check in and had agreed to pay for it. I was travelling with my mom hence wanted to ensure her comfort. The hotel also said they can arrange early check in. To my horror, when I reached there at 5:30 am, the person at the reception said no room available and I need to wait till 2pm...I told him I had emailed them, he said very curtly, Yes, but we never confirmed it! There was no water or anything around and my mom and I were exhausted. I asked him if I can have water...He said you can go to a seven eleven store close by and get it! I mean, come on! You guys are in hospitality business...The least you can do is offer water...Finally, the person at the reception gave me a room saying the guest is not arriving. I can't believe that ibis styles didn't bother informing me that early check in is never confirmed. Also, I had asked for a pick up from the airport but no one even bothered replying. I am a low demand traveler in any case but this was horrifying. However, around check out, there were two girls at the reception who were friendly and helpful.

everything is fair;food,price,location,service mind ,facilities. This ibis is new but i love impact and nana branch more. Nice decoration. comfy bed. The reception and the check in-check out process is not too busy like nana ibis as guest is not crowded like other ibis. Have teapot, free coffee&tea, 2 water bottle and a lot of tissue paper.

The sukhumvit 50 ibis is good if u like walking from the main street(ฺBTS Onnut) appox. 15 minutes.The traffic jam is a big issue in rushing hour. The free shuttle tuk-tuk is available but i am not sure u can catch it from BTS to the hotel in the first time arrival. the bathroom is too small and not well water drain. the window is smaller than other ibis and not help much about daylight. u should avoid Chinese group by wake up early to have breakfast. breakfast is suit for vegetarian, have no egg, just ham & bacon.

Nothing to like in this hotel. I was so much disappointed that I checked-out hotel one day prior because of service.

Very small rooms. Location is not happening very far from everything. Nothing toilet stuffs in washroom, No brush, no shaving kits no soaps only shower gel n shampoo. Much disappointment was with Breakfast. It is only for Chinese, Japanese and local Thai people. Nothing for Indian guests and worst menu ever I have seen in any hotel. Even on request nobody was ready to prepare omelet because there was already scrambled egg in the menu. After complaining to manager about breakfast he said that its 3 star and we dont provide these much 3 star. But my experience says even this hotel is not worth for 1 star.

This hotel was opened 2017 November, rooms are clean and tidy. No strange smells. The housekeeping really did a great job. The lobby design is nice. They make it like an airport terminal. So you will need to go “Departure“ to get the elevator to your room. Its kinda creative. Staff, both daytime and night time are helpful and serve with smile. They are really friendly. Check in Check out are smooth as silk. There is one 7-eleven store in front of the hotel about 50metre. Its convenient if you want get some snacks and drinks. TukTuk hotel shuttle in green color can bring you to BTS in certain hours so its somewhat solved the location problem. In conclusion, the price performance ratio is quite high for this hotel. Recommended.

It takes about 15-20mins for you to walk to Onnut BTS. Day time is ok but night time I will have some concerns about security. Shower water pressure is a bit low. Hope some pumps can be added for increasing the pressure in future.

New and clean hotel. Very friendly staff. I was a bit mean due to misunderstanding on my booking but still they are smiling and helpful to sort things out.

Staff and facilities good. Close to On Net BTS and Mall.

I had informed my date of arrival and departure way before hand and I was told that I will not be charged extra for arriving early morning but they charged me extra and said that Booking.com commitments are different and they dont follow them.

Location,not walking distance from On Nut BTS. Not easy to get taxi near On Nut station especially at late hour. So need to take taxi from the center to get back to the hotel or get moto taxi.

Very friendly staff (Jack & team). Rooms are comfortable & non-smoking. Little far from main Sukhmvit road & BTS. Taxis also to be pre-booked and may arrive late.

Clean hotel overall, though there are a few mosquitoes.

Access to BTS is only through motor bike or tuk-tuk by the hotel(not too frequent). Vegetarian option in restaurant are very limited Billing and check-out was delayed

Location is okay as you gave tuktuk sevice should work as per skytrain timings. receptionist Aun is vey active and hard working lady. And other staff is cooperative.
